The atlas covers 42 systems and it is nowhere near done. If your city has an enclosed or elevated pedestrian network that isn't here, or you know who owns one, what law governs it, or what it cost, this is where it goes. Every system page also has its own inbox for corrections and documents.
What helps most: a link to the ordinance, agreement, council record or official map; the owner and operator; the hours rule and whether anyone enforces it. Submissions are reviewed by hand and credited when used. Prefer email? hello@skywaygovernance.com.
